MGS4 meets Jambo!Safari, Sega 1999, look it up
I'd try to stealth grab a Giraffe, wait, they wont let you do that?
Yea i agree with you on that
Ive really been wanting to hear more about White Knight Story, it kinda seems like it dropped of the face of the earth. Level 5 have made some pretty great games as developers and some of the early gameplay looked pretty promising.
Valkryia Chronicles scored some pretty good reviews from Famitsu, 34/40, so im definitely looking to seeing what a few other sites and magazines have to say about it closer to release.
But si...
Well yea its seems there has been a few misses more than hits for 360 guys, but i think you guys have plenty to look forward to still. Last remnant coming out before the end of the year which looks great.
Course its no Xenogears though
Very, Very impressive. That would be just a massive map to play in, whoever this guy is he needs to be hired STAT! Make me some killer games Androkles!
I wish i could afford a computer that could run crysis...
Here's to hoping that there will be user created content allowed on the PS3 version of the game next year
Bubbles you best get on that! make sure you get the subsistance version, also take a look at all the extras on the bonus second disc, there are some really funny alternate sequences that cant be miss...Solid Sigint...
Anyways yea i agree for the most part that MGS4 wins that contest, but i think they left a few great endings from from the psone era, such as xenogears...maybe im just a little biased
They should probably make a list of worst endings next, such as C...
Im really looking forward to this one...i think...not gonna lie i havnt had a ton of experience with any of the socoms, but this looks like a title to really get into. I guess I missed out on the first ones cause i really wasnt into online gaming on the ps2, but now im really gung ho on the ps3, lets do this
OCT 21st LBP
Fall be lookin good
Yea, the artistic direction completely caught my eye when i was rumaging through the used section at a local Gamers, and with a $45 "used" pricetag i thought it must have been a hidden gem that i had somehow missed out on, bought it, took it home, played it for a few hours, but just not interesting, slow and painful battles, this article really got it right on the money.
Anyone really get far into it though, was the story worth the effort, did i miss out at all?
And how in the heck is it possible that not a single main character from the last 8 castlevanias didnt make the list? Alucard, Soma, Leon, Richter, come on people! What are they?!
But you know what... Im ok with it...
Wow, MGS4 just rocketed the PS3 in June, PS3 and 360 battle continues to wage though, and Nintendo is some whole other world with its sales, Amazing this fad for the wii continues
Sony is really gonna have some killer sales though in the fall, really looking forward to seeing how it all turns out and helping them out! My life is just gonna be consumed by sony products and software!
Hey thanks for clearing that up, i guess that goes to show you that its been a while since ive touched on wipeout for a while, i should just bust out my psp again and maybe download the first wipeout from PSN to prepare for HD, lookin forward to playing with everyone
Yea id love to see a gameplay video of a real good player on a faster class, is venom the highest class in the psp version? Cant remember
Ah yes, a fellow Richard D. James fan, im looking forward to playing a little Vordhosbn, Omgyjya Switch, Meltplace 6, and Windowlicker
Just good speed techno right there
Well put showtime, its quite obvious that they couldnt insomniac couldnt have a full blown ratchet game ready for this year, a fun slice of ratchet can go a long way and get me hyped for next year, and im sure it helps insomniac pay a few bills, and do some major work for the next installment
where the hell do they get off, "At the very least, PLAY would consider revamping the series into a Mario-rivalling, Pixar-looking platform champion, instead of churning out the same hi-res PS2 shod on a bi-yearly basis." I heard so many reviews when R&C:Future about how the game was now at the level of pixar animated movies. I believe both ign and gametrailers mentioned that, and i agree with them.
R&C:Future is still one of the best looking and playing games...
wow, that was a brilliant setup, just made my jaw drop, any scene can be brought to life, imagination becomes cardboard/fabric reality
Just some killer shots, these are gonna show up all over as people's avatars in the forums, killer artistic direction on this game
workin great, thanks pirate
Whether you like it or not, and whether arstechnica talked trash about sony or not in earlier articles, they make some pretty valid points about the current state of both companies, and really brings up the point that microsoft simply needs to step it up, sonys downfalls in 07 made it easy for microsoft, but sony is on a major rebond, but of course this will be good for all gamers, sony and microsoft, competition brings out the best of both companies and makes for better games
...
yea, thanks darkblade, the gameplay just looks killer, those monstrous chimera later in the gameplay are just daunting and brutal to fight it seems, id love to get my hands on this beta
Yikes with all the disagrees, only making a fun comparison, not putting down the game nor the gameplay here, im a Sony man till the end.
But yea Jambo was crazy fun when it came out, ridiculous speed, boosting fun, and shootin nets like crazy
